The Magic Sands Mobile Home Park 1962 | 165 Blossom Hill Road San Jose, CA 95123
This large mobile home community is fortunate to have such a wonderful gateway structure to welcome residents and visitors alike. The main office and recreation center features a soaring roofline that sweeps upward on either side of the building, reminiscent of the striking Palm Springs Tramway Gas Station by renown architect Albert Frey. In the left wing of the center is a recreation room where you will see a luxurious sunken conversation pit for a more intimate atmosphere in which to gossip over cocktails and hors d’oeuvre.
