Mid-Century Modern Freak

Atomic. Futurist. Populuxe. Googie. Modernist.

Braun’s Frankfurt office, c. 1960. Photos by Braun’s exhibition designer/photographer/graphic designer Hans G. Conrad. He worked as the head of trade fair and exhibition design at Braun from 1958 until 1962. Previously, between 1952 and 1954, Conrad designed promotional advertising for the German-American furniture manufacturer Knoll International belonging to Florence Knoll and Hans Knoll.

These vintage photos could have been taken today. Classic design never gets old.
