1954 Groucho Marx Residence | Architect: Wallace Neff | 1083 North Hillcrest Rd. Trousdale Estates, Beverly Hills, CA | Recently sold for around $8.5 million

Groucho Marx was one of the first residents of the legendary Trousdale Estates.

Subsequent owners decided to reconstruct the pool in a rectangular fashion. The original circular pool complimented the curved lines of the home much better, don’t you think?
